Dining & Nightlife

It's been said that if all you're doing is skiing, then you're really only observing half the alpine tradition. After all, second only to the invention of skiing in defining the ski town has been the invention of après skiing! And the tradition has not been forgotten about in Telluride. On any given night guests can enjoy food from around the globe along with world-class entertainment and nightlife just steps from their door.

Cornerhouse Grille

The Cornerhouse Grille is the place where locals and visitors alike have come to relax, watch your favorite sports, have an ice cold beer or specialty drink and eat hearty comfort food. The restaurant feels a bit like home because it is, in fact, located in the bottom floor of a house at the corner of Fir Street and Columbia Avenue. Started in 1991, the eatery has become a bit of a modern institution in Telluride. Kenny Rosen, a longtime Telluride resident and restauranteur, purchased the establishment in 2010 to start a new chapter in Cornerhouse history. Rosen brought new life to The Cornerhouse with different menu items while retaining some of the classics, specials every day of the week, and a new list of specialty drinks.
